摘要
中华饮食文化"和、养、变"的深刻文化内涵,繁盛的美食体系,合理的膳食结构与科学的养生理论,精湛的生产技艺,完整的烹饪理论体系等特质,成为区别于西方饮食文化体系和清真饮食文化体系的标志性特征。中华饮食文化应在不断地修正中前进和发展。
By listing all its special features like great variety of feast systems, healthy diet collocation, nutritious theory and excellent cooking art, the author distinguishes the Chinese dining culture as unique from both western dining culture and Moslemic dining culture. The article rounds up with the conclusion that Chinese dining culture should be developed and promoted with continuous revisions.
