摘要
政府人员绩效管理作为政府自身管理的重要工具,要发挥其效能,关键要把握从绩效考评到绩效管理、从绩效评价到绩效发展这两个定位,实施绩效管理有其基本条件和相应的方法。
This thesis analyzes Governmental Personnel Performance Management,which is an important tool for government self-man-agement;it gives suggestions on implementation of performance management and states that the key to make it function well is how to correctly handle two positioning:from performance rating to performance management and from performance evaluation to performance development.
