Characteristics of the Theory Innovation from Leading Group of The Third-generation of CCCP

The leading nucleus of the third-generation of CCCP, around a core leader of Comrade Jiang Zemin, standing at the foremost front of this era, insists the practice-based theory innovation from the viewpoint of being persistent in researching the rules of the Communist Party government, socialist construction and human society development, and has completely inherited, richened, and developed the Deng Xiaoping Theory. The theory innovation displays the characteristics of the times, practice, comprehension, and science. This report analyzes and discusses all these four characteristics since the 4th plenary meeting of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
