本文以“民间”出世、“民间”争鸣、“民间”浮出的原因、“民间”的积极意义为四部份 ,在论述 2 0世纪 90年代初陈思和提出的“民间”要义的基础上 ,就学术界对民间理论的论争 ,提出了自己对民间理论浮现的原因及其意义的见解。

This thesis consists of Folk birth,Folk controversies,the reasons of Folk appearing and the positive meaning of Folk.After discussing the main content on Chen Si-he'folk theory,the scholars'controversies,the reasons and the bright meaning on folk theory,the thesis points out the reason why Folk appeared and the meaning of Folk in the author's eyes.
