本文从提高师德建设思想认识方面进行分析,从提高教师思想道德素质方面,阐述了师德建设的重要性,围绕师德建设对教师教书育人工作的影响,提出了为培养教师良好的师德,教师应重视提高自己的思想认识,注重在工作中联系教书育人的实际以及加强教师队伍自身素质建设、提高抵御不良思想的侵袭的能力。

This paper, regarding the effect of teachers' moral on teaching,elaborates on the significance of the establishment of teachers'professional moral. To upgrade the inner qualities,teachers are requested to bring up their awareness and to set examples in their teaching practice.
