2003年,国家教育部把高校教学评估工作方针,从16字改为20字,特别追加了"以评促管",充分说明了管理工作的重要性。要提高教学质量,就必须从管理入手。教学秘书工作是高校中最重要的教学管理工作之一,重视教学秘书工作,是加强教学管理提高教学质量的重要保障。

The National Education Department has recently revised guiding principle of universities teaching assessment from 16 words to 20.It especially emphasizes 'improve management by assessment'whuh fully exclaims the importance of management. And teaching secretary is one of the most important part of teaching administration .We have to start with management if we want to deepen teaching reform and improve teaching quality. The emphasis on teaching secretary is significant ensure of enhancing educational administration and improving teaching quality.
