急性髓系白血病患者血清IL-12,IFN-γ,VEGF检测的意义

Significance of Determination of Serum IL-12,IFN-γand VEGF in Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia

目的 :探讨急性髓系白血病患者血清白细胞介素_12(IL_12)、干扰素_γ(IFN_γ)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的变化及其意义。方法 :应用酶联免疫法测定急性髓系白血病患者化疗前后血清IL_12、IFN_γ和VEGF的水平 ,并与正常对照组比较。结果 :化疗前急性髓系白血病患者血清IL_12、IFN_γ低于对照组 (P<0.01) ,VEGF高于对照组 (P<0.05) ;IL_12与IFN_γ水平呈正相关(P<0.01) ,VEGF与IL_12、IFN_γ水平无直线相关性 ;化疗后达完全缓解时血清IL_12、IFN_γ水平升高 ,VEGF水平下降 ,与正常对照组差别无统计学意义。结论 :急性髓系白血病患者血清IL_12。

Objective:To evaluate the level of serum IL_12,IFN_γ,VEGF in acute myeloid leukemia.Methods:Serum levels of IL_12,IFN_γ,VEGF were detected by ELISA method before and after treatments in cades of acute myeloid leukemia.Results:The contents of IL_12and IFN_γwere significantly lower(P<0.01),while the content of VEGF was significantly higher(P<0.05)in acute myeloid leukemia patients during diagˉnosis comparison with that in the control group.There was a significant relationship between these two levels of IL_12and IFN_γ(P<0.01).There was no correlation between the levels of VEGF and IL_12,IFN_γ.Serum levels of IL_12and IFN_γwere significantly increased and the level of VEGF was significantly decreased in the patients of complete remission.Conclusion:The level of serum IL_12,IFN_γand VEGF may be related to the growth of the leukemic cells and the depress of human immune status of antitumor function.
