摘要 目的 :探讨可溶性细胞间黏附分子 -1(sICAM -1)与哮喘的关系及激素对其的影响。方法 :采用放射免疫法测定30例哮喘患儿 (哮喘组 ) ,30例健康小学生 (正常对照组 )的血清sICAM -1。结果 :(1)哮喘组急性发作期及缓解期血清sICAM -1水平均较正常对照组高 (均P<0.01)。(2)哮喘患儿在缓解期血清sICAM -1水平较急性发作期明显下降 (P<0.01) ;9例服强的松的哮喘患者 ,其血清ICAM -1水平在服药期间低于停用激素1周后 ,差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论 :(1)黏附分子可能参与了哮喘的发生与发作 ,其水平的高低可能与哮喘的活动度有关。 (2)激素可能通过抑制血清ICAM Objective:To determine whether bronchial asthma attacks in children is associated with increased levels of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),and to assess the effects of corticosˉteroid therapy of these levels.Methods:30asthmatic children and30healthy subjects were included in the study.The concentration odd sICAM-1in the sera was measured by the radioimmunoassy.Results:Compared to the control group,the levels of sICAM-1in the children with asthma were significantly increased either in the active or stable phase(P<0.01).In children with asthma,paired test showed that the levels of serum sICAM-1in the stable phase of asthma were lower than that in the active phase of the disease(P<0.01).And the serum sICAM-1levels were lower in nine patients during treatment with oral prednisolone than that during periods without systemic corticosteroid therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.sICAM-1plays a prominent role in the pathogenesis of asthma,and the serum level of it may reflect the activity of asthma.2.Corticosteroid therapy may have an effect on asthma by reducing the level of sICAM-1.
