摘要
研究了蒙脱石及改性蒙脱石对赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、VB2的吸附规律。研究结果表明,在pH2.0和pH8.0时,蒙脱石对赖氨酸的最大吸附量分别为64.1和49.26mg/g,改性蒙脱石对赖氨酸的最大吸附量分别为45.45和33.78mg/g。在蛋氨酸含量低于0.2%时,蒙脱石和改性蒙脱石对蛋氨酸不吸附。蒙脱石及改性蒙脱石对VB2的吸附符合Nernst模型,为分配吸附。蒙脱石及改性蒙脱石吸附赖氨酸及VB2后,可被部分解吸。改性蒙脱石对赖氨酸、VB2的吸附量较蒙脱石低,而解吸率较蒙脱石高,提示蒙脱石经改性处理后,可以获得更好的应用价值。
The law of adsorbing lysine, methionine and vitamin B_2 on montmorillonite and modified montmorillonite was studied in this experiment. The results showed that the maximum adsorptive amount of lysine on montmorillonite was 64.1 mg/g and 49.26 mg/g at pH2.0 and pH8.0 respectively, and the maximum adsorptive amount of lysine on modified montmorillonite was 45.45 mg/g and 33.78 mg/g at pH2.0 and pH8.0 respectively. Montmorillonite and modified montmorillonite did not adsorb methionine as the concentration of methionine was lower than 0.2%. The adsorbing law of vitamin B_2 on montmorillonite and modified montmorillonite was in line with Nernst model. Lysine and vitamin B_2 could be desorbed from adsorptive complex partially. For modified montmorillonite, its adsorptive amount of lysine and vitamin B_2 was less than that on modified montmorillonite, but its desorption rate of adsorptive montmorillonite complex was higher, which indicated that montmorillonite could get higher application value through modification.
