牡丹花粉管通道形成时间初探

Preliminary Study on the Form Time of Pollen Tube Pathway of Peony(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)

人工授粉后 ,于不同时间段剪除“凤丹白”牡丹的柱头 ,根据种子发育状况初步探明了牡丹花粉管通道形成所需的时间。结果表明 :牡丹授粉 1h后已形成花粉管通道。

In the garden testin 2003 the stigmas were cut off in different time after the pistil of peony cultivar'Fengdanbai'were pollinated.When the fruit expanded big enough,the development conditions of the embryos were investigated.It shows that the pollen tube pathway has formed in 1 h after pollination,which provides the theory base for transgenic manipulation on peony via pollen tube pathway.
