摘要
针对传统平面二次包络蜗杆磨床结构、加工精度等方面的一些问题,本文提出一种新的多轴四联动数控磨床方案,使机床加工零件的工艺尺寸范围扩大,机床结构更合理化,机床调整更方便,加工精度更高,而且可以实现对圆柱蜗杆、螺纹的加工。
Aiming at the problems that exist in traditional grinding worm machines machining and their structures, this paper presents a new project ,to make the machine structure compacter ,the adjustment easier and process range wider. This design of the CNC grinding machine also can produce worm and tapping.
