摘要
在应用侧入法、顶入法及液压法进行腹膜外剖宫产的实践基础上,作者提出膀胱翻转法。该手术方法简便,术野清晰,全部操作都在直视下进行,缩短了手术时间,不易引起付损伤。
An improved method of extraperitoneal cesarotony i.e the urinary bladder reversal method isput forward in the paper following using the methods of papavesical;suppavesical and the fluid-pressure for performing the extraperitoneal cesarotemy. This new method is simple with clear operative field and all the performing steps are going on under the direct visual condition so that this method could shorten the operative time and reduce the operative side effects. In the mean time, this new method may improve the curative effects.
