摘要
目的 :探讨膝关节肿瘤假体置换术后的处理措施和患肢功能康复方法。方法 :对 45例膝关节周围骨肿瘤行瘤段骨切除、定制人工膝关节置换术 ,术后予以规范的一般处理及药物治疗和患肢康复锻炼。结果 :45例患者随访 18年 ,膝关节活动度 0 12 0° ,平均功能恢复率达 75 %。结论 :瘤段切除定制人工膝关节置换术是应用较多的保肢手术 ,通过规范的术后处理和功能康复锻炼 ,可以减少并发症的发生 ,使患肢更快。
Objective:To investigate the treatment and method of functional rehabilitation after custom made knee tumor prosthesis replacement Method:Forty five cases of bone tumor about knee joint were treated with wide resection and custom made artificial knee prosthesis replacement After operation,all patients were managed with general measure,medicines and functional rehabilitation exercise Result:The follow up period varied from 1 to 8 years The spheres of the knee activity were 0~120°,the average rate of functional recovery was 75% according to Enneking rating score for musculoskeletal tumor Conclusion:Wide resection and custom made artificial knee prosthesis replacement is used for limb salvage more and more usually With rational postoperative management and functional exercise,the complications are reduced and the function recovers more quickly and better
