我国农业科研投资现状分析

A Perspective of Current Situation of China's Investment in Agricultural Technology

近年来我国农业科研投资有一定的增长,但与国际比较,仍处于较低的水平,这与我国农业发展的要求不相适应。我国农业科研投资不仅总量不足,而且在结构上也存在一定的问题;非公共农业科研投入来源太少,国内民间资本尤其不足。改变这一状况的策略是加强资金投入管理、调整资金投向、促进私人投资的增长并大力吸引国际投资。

Internationally speaking, the investment in agricultural science and technology in China, despite an increase in recent years, is still insufficient, which does not match the development of China's agriculture. Not only is the amount of investment insufficient, but also there is an inappropriate structure of investment, with few sources of non-public agricultural investment and especially a shortage of domestic private capital. The ways to change the situation include strengthening the fund management, regulating capital investment orientation, increasing private investment and attracting foreign investment.
