摘要
试从教育哲学角度分析以人为本、主体性教育思想对教学管理的影响,提出了学本管理的概念与实践策略,认为学本管理可以给学生充分的选择权与自主权,它不仅是一种管理理念,也是一种管理模式,有利于促进学生的发展,以期从更高层次上理解、把握、促进高校的教学管理改革,进而使教育学上主体不能主导、行为与意志相分离的弊端得到根治。
It terms of the philosophy of education, effects of the thought of education with students as the main body on the management of education were analyzed, the concept of management with students as the main body and the strategy for the management practice were put forward. It is believed that this conduct is not only a thought but also a model for the management of education, and so this conduct can give students full alternatives and freedom, which can promote the development and cultivation of students. Also this kind of management can make us, on a higher level, understand, master and promote the reform of higher education management, thus some defects in education may completely be solved.
