浅谈入世后我国高等教育行政管理体制的创新

On System Innovation of Administration of China's Higher Education after Entry into WTO

随着我国市场经济的发展,我国高等教育行政管理体制得到了进一步的改革和完善,但仍存在一些缺陷。WTO的加入,给我国的高等教育发展带来了巨大的冲击,它既为我国的高等教育提供了新的机遇和发展空间,又给我国高等教育带来了新的挑战。为了因势利导、应对挑战,必须创新、构建入世后适应我国的高等教育行政管理体制。

With the development of market economy, the administration system of China's higher education has achieved further reform and perfection, while leaving some defects behind. The entry into WTO has lunched great impact on the development of China's higher education. It not only offers new opportunities and open space, but brings new challenges for the development of higher education as well. To take full advantages of the opportunities and meet the challenges, the old administration system of China's higher education must be innovated, and a new one must be founded to fit for the current situation.
