摘要
从年产量在500万m2以上改性沥青防水卷材生产线的实际工作情况、生产工艺及生产企业的要求出发介绍了变频器在自动卷毡机中应用的必要性、工作机理及其特点,指出使用变频器后自动卷毡机具有独特的优点,运行效果良好。
Considering the working condition and production technology of a modified bitumen waterproofing membrane production line with annual capacity of over 5 million m2 and the demand of manufacturers, the article describes the necessity of using inverter in automatic winder, its working mechanism and features and also points out that the automatic winder shall possess some unique performance after being equipped with inverter and it is operating well.
