摘要
通过试验对汽轮发电机弹性定位筋材料 19CrMnNi钢的微观组织形态及力学性能特点进行了深入地研究。研究发现 :淬火的冷却速度不同 ,得到的组织不同 ,当组织呈粒状贝氏体时 ,经高温回火后可显著提高韧性、降低脆性转变温度 ;当组织呈马氏体时 。
In this paper, micro structure and mechanical properties of 19CrMnNi steels have been studied on the base of lots of tests.As the result that different micro structure can be abained with different cooling rate of quenching ,we have concluded that granular baininte after high temperature tempering can improve the impact toughness and the FATT of this materials,and martensite appear brittle when it is tempered .
