摘要
本文着重论述了三峡电站超大型混流式转轮在制造过程中的起吊、翻身、加工、检查和平衡难点 ,以及工艺制造方法。通过首次研究、实践 ,确定了巨型转轮的最佳制造工艺 。
In this paper, the methods of hoisting, upside down, machining, inspecting and balancing for huge Francis turbine of Three Gorge project were introduced mainly. The best manufacturing technique of huge runner was determined based on the results of researching and practicing. And the experiences were accumulated for manufacturing the units of the huge Francis runner in Three Gorge project and others in the future.
