摘要
对集束拉拔法制备的不锈钢纤维进行150℃~800℃退火热处理,用VSM测试热处理后的纤维磁性,用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜进行相分析.结果表明:热处理对304不锈钢纤维磁性影响较大,2 μm的304不锈钢纤维在180℃附近退火,有回火马氏体生成,纤维的饱和磁化强度(Ms)增加,此后该温度范围内退火纤维的Ms降低;400℃热处理使得纤维矫顽力Hc增加较大,同时磁能积(Mr×Hc)配合较好,退火后可用作磁性纤维.热处理对316 L不锈钢纤维的力学性能影响明显.
Type 304 stainless steel fibers, 2 mum in diameter, were annealed in the range of 150 degreesC similar to 800 degreesC and their magnetic and structural properties examined by vibrating sample magnetometry, XRD, and SEM. The results showed that annealing strongly affects their properties. A new martensitic phase forms, and M, increases during annealing at 180 degreesC; annealing above 180 degreesC decreases the M-s. After annealing at 400 degreesC. the H-c increases and the product (M-r x H-c) improves. It was shown that annelaaing also affests the mechanical properties of 316 L SS fibers.
