Measurement of medical image is taken up in checking of medical image frequently. It not only replaces the transitional mode by computer --aided measurement of medical image, but also improves the precision, efficiency of measurement greatly,and lightens the workload. This paper expounds the algorithm of measurement about the distance, perimeter, angle and area. It has some practical use.
