摘要
进行了系统的选材、热震和实际试车试验,证明:底层-过渡层工作层,为合理的涂层结构设计。结合金相观察和残余应力分析,认为ZrO_2-MgO厚涂层是无水冷柴油机燃烧室部件良好的隔热涂层。
A systematic study including sprayed materials selection, thermal shock testings and engine testings was made. The results showed that the designed coating structure of bond coating-cermet gradual coating-ceramic coating was reasonable, with metallographic examination and residual stress analysis, It was recognized that ZrO_2-MgO ceramic coating was a applicable thermal barrier coating for parts of combustion chamber of diabatic diesel engine.
