摘要
对某电厂遭受腐蚀的凝汽器铜管进行了系统分析,包括EDS分析、化学分析及电化学测试。试验表明,铜管的点蚀是由于铜管内壁的沉积物所致,而且点蚀的发生与铜管内壁硫酸亚铁膜的不完整性有很大关系。
A series of analyses including EDS analysis, chemical analysis and electrochemical measurement for corroded condenser brass tubes used in a power plant were carried out. The results indicated that pittings on brass tubes resulted from the deposits settled on the tube inner wall. In addition, the occurrence of pitting was also bound up with incomplete porous film of ferrous sulfate adhering to the tube inner wall.
