磁共振成像对主动脉夹层的诊断价值(附22例报告) 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨磁共振成像常规自旋回波 (SE)序列与心电门控MRI电影检查对主动脉夹层的诊断价值。方法 :搜集经手术证实的主动脉夹层病例 2 2例 ,其中男 17例 ,女 5例。所有病例均行常规自旋回波 (SE)序列和心电门控MRI电影检查。分析磁共振成像检查对主动脉夹层的显示能力。结果 :2 2例常规SE序列和心电门控MRI电影检查对夹层隔膜的显示均为 10 0 % ,但对隔膜撕裂口的显示 ,心电门控MRI电影检查显示较好 ,为 86 .3% (19/ 2 2 ) ,而常规SE序列显示不满意。结论 :磁共振成像检查作为一种无创伤的影像检查方法 ,对主动脉夹层的诊断有其优越性 ,能敏感地显示夹层隔膜、辨别真腔假腔 ,并能利用心电门控MRI电影检查很好地显示隔膜撕裂口 ,具有重要的诊断价值 ,为临床手术方案的选择提供很大的帮助。 Objective:To evaluate the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in diagnosing aortic dissection.Methods:Twenty-two cases of aortic dissection (AD) proved by the surgical findings were collected,including 17 males and 5 females.Spin echo (SE) sequence and EGG-gated cine-MRI were adopted in all 22 cases.The capacity of MRI in diagnosing AD was analyzed.Results:The ratios in displaying intimal flap were both 100%.The sensitivity of cine-MRI was 86.3% while normal SE sequence was far from satisfactory.Conclusion:MRI is a non-invasive medical imaging technique,and it is very helpful for clinical management with AD for displaying the intimal flap and entry tears and distinguishing real lumen from false lumen accurately.
