摘要
非晶态Ni(Fe)-P合金镀层多为团状沉积。在高电流密度、高pH值和静止电镀时,可能出现分层结构。有时镀层中出现显微裂纹。Ni(Fe)-P合金镀层的耐蚀性不仅取决于镀层含磷量,而且取决于镀层微观组织。分层结构和显微裂纹的出现,使镀层耐蚀性降低。
The amorphous Ni(Fe)-P alloy coatings usually have a granular structure. When deposited with high current density, high pH value or in static state, a lamellar structure could be obtained in the coating and sometimes microcracks could occur. It was showed that the corrosion resistance of Ni(Fe)-P alloy coating not only depend on the P content but also on the microstructure of the coating.
