摘要
研究了钛合金镀前浸蚀液和活化液的组成和操作条件及其对镀层结合力的影响。清除钛合金表面的氧化膜,是提高镀层与基体结合力的关键。用Ti-6Al-4V和Ti-15V-3Al-3Cr-3Sn钛合金进行多次化学镀Ni-P和Ni-P-PTEF实验,结果表明,本实验操作简易,所得镀层结合力良好。
The removal of oxide film on Ti alloy is the key process in increasing adhesion between deposit and substrate. In this article, the composition and the operation condition of etching solution and activating solution for Ti alloys and its effects on coating adhesion were investigated. Experiments were carried on electroless Ni-P and Ni-P-PTEF plating for Ti-6A1-4V and Ti-15V-3Al-3Cr-3Sn titanium alloys.
