含柠檬酸的镀镍溶液中铁的分析

Analysis of Iron in Ni Plating Solution Containing Citric Acid

利用钛铁试剂与Fe^(3+)的特效显色反应,用分光光度法测定镀镍溶液中铁杂质的含量。测定时,pH值约为9.25,波长为480nm,用镀镍底液作参比液。试验表明,镀镍溶液中的各种组分均不影响铁的测定。本方法简单,快而准。

The iron content in Ni plating solution was determined by spectrophotometric method with specific reaction between sodium catecholdisulfonate and iron (Ⅲ). The test showed that the compositions of Ni plating solution would give no influence on determination. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
