This paper pointed out the problems that occurred in mineral processing technique of Jintao Co.,Ltd,introduced a series of technical reformation that is made to crushing,leaching,adsorption,desorption and electrolysis of the mineral processing mill,also introduced the productive indexes and economic benefit which is received after applying water balance technique and making technical reformation.
