摘要
研究了以四氯化钛为主催化剂 ,以烷基铝为助催化剂催化异戊二烯的低聚反应 ,详细考察了各种反应条件对催化合成二聚体及三聚体的活性和选择性的影响。确定出在TiCl4 Al(C2 H5) 2 Cl Al(C2 H5)Cl2 催化体系中的适宜操作条件为 :铝钛摩尔比 =5~ 10 ,n[Al(C2 H5) 2 Cl]∶n(氯化乙基铝 ) =4 4 %~ 80 % ,反应温度 30~ 6 0℃ ,反应时间 2~ 6h ,异戊二烯低聚物的总收率 (质量分数 )可达 90 %以上 ,其中环三聚体的收率和选择性均超过 81%。
The oligomerization of isoprene with titanium tetrachloride as catalyst and alkylaluminium chlorides as promotor was studied, and especially the effects of the reaction conditions on the synthetic activity and selectivity of dimer and trimer were investigated in detail. The optimum operating conditions were found as follows: n(Al)∶n(Ti)=510, n\∶n(tolal ethyl aluminium chlorides)=44%~80%, reaction temperature 3060 ℃, reaction time 23 h, the mass yield of isoprene oligomer is up to 90%, in which both mass yield and selectivity of isoprene cyclic trimer are more than 81%.
