摘要
用水溶液聚合法合成了高相对分子质量的聚丙烯酰胺 (PAM ) ,并讨论了引发体系、温度和 pH值对反应转化率和PAM重均分子量的影响。结果表明 ,用过硫酸铵 亚硫酸氢钠作氧化 还原引发体系 ,在 pH =4 ,温度为 30~ 35℃的条件下 ,PAM的M—w 可达 12 0 0× 10 4。
The high molecular weight polyacrylamide (PAM) was synthesized in aqueous solution and the effects of initiator, polymerization temperature and pH on the conversion and the weight average molecular weight were discussed. The results showed that when the polymerization proceeds at 3035 ℃, pH=4 and with ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfate as redox initiator, the M? 瓀 of produced PAM is higher than twelve million.
