骨板旋转植骨加人工骨移植联合治疗长管骨骨折延迟愈合

Treatment of delayed-union of long tubular bone fracture by bone plate rotating graft and synthetic bone graft

目的 :探讨骨板旋转植骨加人工骨移植联合治疗长管骨骨折延迟愈合的疗效。方法 :12例四肢长管骨内固定术后骨折延迟愈合患者 ,均采用骨板旋转植骨加骨骼生髓内移植联合治疗并随访 6～ 9个月 ,观察骨愈合时间。结果 :12例患者全部骨性愈合 ,平均愈合时间 2 .5个月 ,肢体功能恢复满意。结论 :骨板旋转植骨加骨骼生移植术不干扰骨折部血运 ,是治疗四肢长管骨骨折延迟愈合的良好方法。

Objective:To study the outcome of treatment of the fractures of long tubular bone delayed-union using bone plate rotating graft and synthetic bone.Method:Twelve patients of long tubular bone delayed-union after internal fixation operation were treated by bone plate rotating graft and NovaBone TM graft and followed-up for 6 months to 9 months,the time of bone union was recorded.Result:All patients were bone union,the average time was 2.5 months.The function of the limb was satisfactory.Conclusion:The operation of bone plate rotating graft and NovaBone TM graft do not impair the circulartory supply of the fractures,it is an excellent alternative treatment of long tubular bone delayed-union.
