摘要
以爆破质量控制为目标 ,对齐大山铁矿的矿岩质量进行了系统的实验研究 ,确定了矿岩的物理力学性质指标。在对精确微差逐孔起爆技术分析的基础上 ,结合矿岩性质 ,确定了不同岩种的排间及孔间的合理微差时间 ,并进行了工业试验研究。选用Rosin -Rammler模型对爆堆的块度分布进行了分析 ,确定了模型的特征值和均匀系数 。
With the blasting quality control as the aim, a systematic experimental study is made on the orerock quality of Qidashan Iron Mine and the physico-mechanical properties indexes of the orerock are determined. Based on the analysis of the precision microsecond delay and hole-by-hole firing technique and in combination with the overrock quality, the rational delay time between rows and holes is determined and industrial test made. The Rosin-Rammler model is used to analyse the fragment size distribution of the muckpile. The characteristic values and uniform coefficent of the model is determined and the feasibility of the technique proven.
