浙江萤石矿产资源开发利用及其对策

The Utilization and Countermeasure of Fluorite Mineral Resources in Zhejiang Province

浙江省有丰富的萤石矿产资源,萤石的产量和储量均居全国首位,也是我国最大的氟化工业基地。然而,由于缺乏统一规划管理,资源浪费严重,流通秩序混乱,经济效益低下等问题,使萤石资源大省面临矿山后备基地少、保有储量下降、氟化工行业精矿资源不足的窘境。文章在分析浙江省的资源优势和开发利用中存在问题的基础上,提出了加强宏观管理,研究和推广先进的选矿技术,充分利用尾矿、贫矿和废石,发挥资源效益等措施,使萤石产业走可持续发展的道路。

There is a rich fluorite mineral resources in Zhejiang province. The quantity of its output and export is most all over our country. Zhejiang province has become the largest base of fluorin_chemical industry. However, there are many problems as a result of lacking of unification layout and management, such as severity waste of resource,order confusion in circulation, low economical benefit and so on. There is a predicament that mine bases in support lack, and the retaining reserves falls and extract_mine resource for fluorin_chemical industry is deficient. Based on analyzing of resource predominance and problems in exploitation and utilization,this paper brings forward some countermeasures: strengthening macro_management; researching and spreading advanced technologies; making the best of gangue, lean ore fluorite resource; exerting resource benefit and so on.
