摘要
自然资源的持续利用是人类社会发展的基础,文章较为系统地提出了影响自然资源持续利用的6个基本因素:资源丰度、环境容量、人口因素、经济发展、技术进步和制度变迁,并对各个因素与自然资源持续利用之间的关系进行了较为深入地分析。
The sustainable use of natural resources is the bases for human development, the paper systematically puts forwards resources capacity, environmental capacity, human factor , economic development, technology and institution as the six basic elements which are of great importance to resources sustainable use. The paper also analyzes the connotation of the six elements, together with the relationship between them and resources sustainable use.
