摘要
文章论述了产学研合作和区域创新体系的内涵及其在区域创新体系中的作用,认为产学研合作是区域创新体系建设的核心内容。在分析产学研合作现状的基础上,指出目前产学研合作在主体、利益分配、风险、沟通和外部环境等方面存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了发挥企业主体作用、解决好利益分配、降低风险、加强产学研各方交流、促进成果转化、改善外部环境等具体对策。
The paper first introduces the concepts of CIER and regional innovation system, points out that CIER is the central content of the construction of regional innovation system. Then the issues of CIER including principal part, benefits distribution, risk management communication and outer environment are raised in the paper. Fainally, some countermeasures concerning the above issues are put forward.
