摘要
过定位属违反工件定位原则的一种定位方式,使用不当将破坏工件的正确定位并影响加工精度,或造成干涉使工件无法安装,但若处理得好,过定位可提高工件的定位精度。文中从工程实际出发,介绍了一种过定位的具体应用。
Over-positioning is a positioning method contrary to the principle of Spare-part positioning .Its misuse will have a bad effect on precision in processing or cause interference with right installment of parts. Nevertheless,a good control of over-positioning not only enables the parts to be positioned more precisely,but also enhances their installment hardness. The paper introduces an application of over-positioning from the point of practical operation.
