股骨头缺血性坏死介入治疗的临床价值

Clinical Value of Interventional Therapy of Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head

目的 :探讨股骨头缺血性坏死 (ANFH)血管内介入治疗的临床价值。材料与方法 :对 2 2例ANFH患者经旋股内、外动脉加压灌注治疗 ,评价治疗前后股骨头血供情况和临床疗效。结果 :介入治疗后 11例股骨头血供改善 ,Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(10 / 13 77% )疗效显著好于Ⅲ～Ⅳ期 (1/ 9 11% )。结论 :Ⅰ～Ⅱ期ANFH介入治疗效果好于Ⅲ～Ⅳ期。

Purpose:To evaluate the intervention therapeutic effects on avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH).Materials and Methods:22 cases of ANFH were treated through perfusing medial and lateral femoral circumflex arteries and the blood supply of femoral head was observed.Results:The rate of increase of vasculature was 77% in stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ and 11% in stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ,hip pain and disorders of joint function were alleviated and improved.Conclusion:ANFH in stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ can get better effect than that of stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ.
