摘要 目的 :研究以HPLC法同时测定颈复康颗粒 (葛根、白芍 )中葛根素、芍药苷含量的方法。方法 :采用KromasilC18柱 ,以甲醇 -水为流动相 ,双波长检测 ,λ1=2 5 0nm ,λ2 =2 30nm。结果 :葛根素在 99.6ng~ 996 .0ng范围内线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9998,芍药苷在 119.6ng~ 1315 .6ng范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999。平均加样回收率 :葛根素为 10 0 .6 9% ,RSD =1.0 4 % (n =9) ;芍药苷为 10 0 .30 % ,RSD =1.2 4 % (n =9)。结论 :本法操作简便 ,结果可靠 ,重现性好 ,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。 AIM: To establish a HPLC method for determination of puerarin and paeoniflorin in Jingfukang Granules(Radix Puerariae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, etc.). METHODS: A Kromasil C 18 Column was used. The mobile phase was methanol water. Puerarin and paeoniflorin were determined by HPLC(dual wavelength, λ 1=250nm,λ 2=230nm). RESULTS: The linear range of puerarin was within 99.6ng~996.0ng, r =0.9998, sample recovery was 100.69%, RSD =1.04%( n =9), respectively. The linear range of paeoniflorin was within 119.6ng~ 1315.6 ng, r =0.9999, sample recovery was 100.30%, RSD =1.24%( n =9), respectively. CONCLUSION: This method is simple, reliable and has good repeatability. It can be used for quality control of Jingfukang Granules in production.
