外科辅助法治疗上前牙冠根联合折的临床研究

Observation of clinical effect on the treatment of crown-root fractures of the upper anterior teeth using the method of surgical extrusion of the root

目的 观察外科牙根延伸法治疗上前牙冠根联合折的临床疗效。方法 应用外科手术方法, 使牙根伸长3-6mm不等,平均3.84mm,治疗上前牙冠根联合折的病例13例,13颗患牙,观察2年。结果 2 年后,临床疗效达成功标准的9颗,有效标准的3颗,失败的1颗。结论 外科牙根延伸法可用于治疗上前 牙冠根联合折。

Objective To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of crown-root fractures of the upper anterior teeth using the method of surgical extrusion of the root. Methods 13 cases, 13 teeth included, were treated by the method of surgical extrusion of the roots, the roots extruded differently from 3mm to 6mm,the mean was 3.84mm, the clinical effect of 2-year-period was recorded. Results 2 years after treatment, among the 13 teeth,9 teeth achieved the standard of success,3 teeth achieved the standard of efficiency, one was a failure. Conclusion The method of surgical extrusion of the root can be used in the treatment of crown-root fractures of the upper anterior teeth.
