摘要
目的 分析 131例儿童颅内肿瘤的MRI表现 ,总结MR诊断方法和步骤。资料与方法 就本院 131例儿童颅内肿瘤的MRI表现作一回顾性分析 ,涉及肿瘤 15种 ,其中胶质瘤 39例 ,颅咽管瘤 15例 ,髓母细胞瘤 13例 ,室管膜瘤 12例 ,垂体瘤 9例 ,脑膜瘤 8例 ,生殖细胞瘤 7例 ,白血病和淋巴瘤 6例 ,脂肪瘤 5例 ,海绵状血管瘤 4例 ,组织细胞瘤 4例 ,胆脂瘤 3例 ,脉络膜乳头状瘤 2例 ,听神经瘤 2例 ,血管母细胞瘤 2例。结果 93例获得病理证实 ,MRI诊断与病理符合 82例 ,正确率 88.2 %。结论 只要掌握好儿童颅内肿瘤的特点和正确的MRI诊断方法、步骤 ,就可能对儿童颅内肿瘤作出准确的定位。
Objective To analyze MRI features and diagnosis of intracranial tumors in children.Materials and Methods MRI findings in 131 pediatric patients with intracranial tumors were retrospectively analyzed. Fifteen kinds of tumor were found in these patients. The lesions included glioma (n=39), craniopharyngioma (n=15), medulloblastoma (n=13), ependymoma (n=12), pituitary tumor (n=9), meningioma (n=8), germinoma (n=7), leukemia and lymphoma (n=6), lipoma (n=5), hemangioma (n=4), histocytosis X (n=4), epidermoid cholesteatoma (n=3), choroidal papilloma (n=2), acoustic neuroma (n=2) and hemangioblastoma (n=2).Results Of 131 cases, the diagnosis was pathologically confirmed in 93. MRI diagnosis was compatible with the pathology in 82 cases, with an accuracy of 88.2%. Conclusion A knowledge of the MRI features of pediatric intracranial tumors is of great importance for making a correct diagnosis.
