摘要 目的 评价MRI征象在累及皮层的脑内外肿瘤定位诊断中的价值。资料与方法 对累及皮层的 2 7例颅内脑外肿瘤和 13例脑内肿瘤进行回顾性分析 ,比较两组脑肿瘤MRI征象的统计学差异。结果 脑外肿瘤与脑内肿瘤之间有鉴别意义的MRI征象为瘤内出血、骨质破坏、白质塌陷征、包膜及硬膜尾征。肿瘤形态、囊变坏死、血管流空和水肿情况对于定位诊断无统计学意义。 Objective To evaluate MRI signs in localizing cortex-involved intra- or extra-cerebral tumors.Materials and Methods MRI features in 27 patients with cortex-involved intracranial brain tumor and in 13 patients with cortex-involved intra-cerebral tumor were retrospectively analyzed. MRI signs were compared between the two groups.Results MRI signs which was of significance in differentiating intra- with extra-cerebral tumors included hemorrhage within the tumor, bony destruction, white matter collapse sign, encapsulated sign and dura mater tail sign. The shape, cystic degeneration, necrosis, flow void and edema of the lesion had no value in localizing the tumor.Conclusion A comprehensive analysis of all MRI signs can improve the localizing diagnosis of intracranial tumors located at cortical area.
