SE序列结合电影MRI诊断主动脉夹层

Evaluation of SE Sequence Combined with Cine MRI in Diagnosing Aortic Dissection

目的 探讨SE序列结合电影MRI对主动脉夹层的诊断价值。资料与方法 搜集主动脉夹层 17例 ,所有病例均行MRSET1WI扫描 ,其中 10例加作电影MRI,分析其MRI表现。结果 17例中 ,Ⅰ型 8例 ,Ⅱ型 6例 ,Ⅲ型 3例。SE序列和电影MRI均清楚地显示了主动脉双腔、内膜片。SE序列中 5例显示主动脉破口 ,电影MRI检查10例中 ,6例显示了主动脉破口。结论 在常规SE序列基础上 ,结合电影MRI是诊断主动脉夹层的较好方法 。

Objective To evaluate SE sequence combined with cine MRI in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Materials and Methods SE T 1WI was performed in 17 patients with aortic dissection, and additional cine MRI was carried out in 10. MRI findings were analyzed. Results Of 17 cases, type Ⅰ was seen in 8, type Ⅱ in 6 and type Ⅲ in 3. Both SE sequence and cine MRI clearly displayed the double lumen of aorta and the intimal flap. SE sequence and cine MRI revealed entry tear in 5 and 6 cases, respectively.Conclusion The combination of SE sequence with cine MRI is very helpful for the diagnosis of aortic dissection, it provides clinicians with more valuable information.
