Research & Development of Multi-Component Cleaning Agent Alloy and Its Metallurgical Application

摘要 钙对脱氧、脱硫、净化钢水及转变夹杂物形态具有良好的作用 ,因此使用含镁钙铁合金进行了系列试验 ,通过炉渣分析、钢样分析、大样电解、金相及扫描电镜分析等方法 ,研究了其对钢水的净化效果。试验结果表明 :(1)含镁碱土合金能非常明显地降低镁的蒸汽压 ,提高镁的气化开始温度 ,提高镁利用率 ;(2 )含镁碱土合金具有很好的脱氧、脱硫能力 ;(3)含镁碱土合金能减少钢中夹杂物的总量和减小其尺寸 ,并能改变夹杂物的种类和形态 ,钢中硫化物及不规则铝酸盐夹杂物明显减少 ,球形或椭球形的钙铝酸盐、镁铝酸盐增多 ,同时硫化物的数量减少、尺寸减小 ,其粒径小于 5 μm。 In view of the excellent effects of calcium on deoxidization , desulphurization and purification of the liquid steel as well as changes of the inclusion shape a series experiments have been carried out on use of the Mg Ca containing alloy as the cleaning agent in smelting clean steel.The effect of the alloy on the purification of the liquid steel has been studied by way of slag analysis, steel sample analysis, big sample electrolysis, metallographic examination and scanning electron image.Results show that (1) Mg containing alloy can very remarkably reduce the vapor pressure of Mg, raise the initial gasification temperature of Mg and increase the yield of Mg;(2) Mg containing alloy shows better deoxidization and desulphurization capabilities;(3) it can very effectively lower the total amount of the inclusions in steel and reduce their size and in the meanwhile it can change the types and shapes of inclusions in steel in other words the sulphide and irregular aluminate in steel are drastically reduced while spherical and oval shaped Ca aluminate and Mg aluminate increased.In the meantime amount and size of the sulphide are reduced and the grain size is less than 5 μm.
