摘要
用计算机仿真的方法研究结晶器内钢液流动与传热 ,从而了解钢液的凝固行为。同时利用有效热容的概念来处理相变潜热源项 ,在程序编制过程中利用动态更新来实现凝固对物理量的影响。模型求解得到的凝固壳厚度与漏钢测试结果吻合 ,说明所采用的方法正确、实用。研究了拉速、水口插入深度。
The hot metal flow and heat transfer in the mould are studied by computer emulation method and therefor the solidification behavior of liquid steel in the mould determined.In the meanwhile the concept of effective heat capacitance was used to process the term of latent heat source in the phase transformation, and in the process of programming, the effect of solidification on the physical quantity was emulated by dynamically updating.The solidification thickness of shell derived from model solution is coincident with that which was obtained from on site measurement on the leakage of steel.Results indicate that the method adopted here is applicable and acceptable.
