Study on Factors Affecting Desulphurization of Ca-Based Powder

在实验室条件下对不同配比的CaO基粉剂进行铁水脱硫实验 ,结果表明 ,适宜的CaO基铁水脱硫剂组分为 :m(CaCO3 ) /m (CaO) =0 .2 0～ 0 .4 0 ,w(CaF2 ) =6 %～ 10 %及w(C)≤ 10 %。在宝钢的铁水脱硫实际中 ,铁水温度、铁水初始硫含量。

The hot metal desulphurization of the CaO based powdered desulphurizing agents of different ingredients have been tested under the laboratory conditions.Results show that the appropriate constituents of the Ca based hot metal desulphurizing agent are found to be m (CaCO 3)/ m (CaO)= 0.20 ～ 0.40 , w (CaF)=6 %～10 % and w (C)≤10 %.Industrial scale practice in Bao Steel shows that hot metal temperature, initial sulphur content in the hot metal and powder injection rate can affect the desulphurization of the metal to some extent.
