摘要
通过在实验室电阻炉上的实验研究 ,得出了复吹转炉在吹炼含磷较高铁水时冶炼终点最佳的炉渣氧化性和碱度。实验结果表明 ,渣 钢反应接近平衡时 ,炉渣的氧化铁含量在 15 %左右 ,炉渣碱度m(CaO) /m (SiO2 )为 4 .4 ,这时炉渣的脱磷能力最强。
The optimum oxidizability and basicity of the final slag in refining the high phosphorus containing hot metal by the top bottom blown converter are determined through experiments in an electric resistance furnace in the laboratory.Experimental results indicate that dephosphorizing ability of the furnace slag comes up to the highest as soon as steel slag reaction approaches to a equilibrium state and the w (FeO) in the slag reaches 15 % and the basicity of slag ( m (CaO))/ m (SiO 2) in 4.4 .This result is very beneficial to the end point smelting operation of the top bottom combined blown coverter.
