繁荣和发展我国哲学社会科学,必须坚持以马克思主义指导;坚持为人民服务、为社会 主义服务及“双百”方针;坚持立足中国、面向世界;必须积极促进哲学社会科学管理体制改革和队 伍建设。
To promote and develop philosophy social science in our country, the guideline of Marxism must be insisted, the policy that all flower are blooming and all kinds of thoughts could be discussed to serve the people and socialism must be persisted in, the reformation of management systems and ranks construction must be pushed forward based on the fact of China and facing to the world.
