试论汪精卫扩大会议派《太原约法》

A Brief Discussion on "Taiyuan Provisional Constitution"suggested by Wang Jingwei Enlarged Conference Faction

汪精卫扩大会议派是一个由汪精卫、阎锡山、冯玉祥、桂系李宗仁和西山会议派为壮大反蒋声势而组成的临时组织。这一派别的主要任务有二:一是建立与南京国民政府分庭抗礼的政府,对此,学界已有研究;二是以孙中山的遗愿为圭臬,召集国民会议,制定约法。《太原约法》就是这一思想的产物。这一约法仅仅是理论的产物,客观地讲,有其特点也有疏忽的地方,终究是一纸空文。

Wang Jingwei Enlarged Conference Faction was a temporary organization consisting of Wang Jingwei,Yan Xishan,Feng Yuxiang,Li Zongren and Xishan Conference Faction to strengthen the momentum of resisting Jiang Jieshi group.It had two main tasks:one was to set up an independent government differing greatly from Nanjing National government (the academic circles have made researches on this),the other is to call a national conference and draw up a provisional constitution according to Sun Zhongshan's unfulfilled wish.Speaking objectively,the provisional constitution just grew out of the theory,it had not only advantages,but also disadvantages,and it was an article without significance after all.
