文章考辨了《潜夫论》中的"项领"一词,前贤以为"项领"的"项"为"大"义,如此则"项领"为偏正结构,不确,"项领"当为近义并列的名词性结构。

This paper explains the meaning of the word “xiangling' (项领) in Qianfulun (《潜夫论》).The former scholars considered the meaning of “xiang' (项) in “xiangling' (项领) as big.In this way the word “xiangling' belongs to a modifier structure,but this view is incorrect.The word “xiangling' (项领) should be a noun compounded with two characters of similar meaning.
