摘要
人体在运动时,随着运动强度的增大,时间的延长,氧耗增多,自由基产生增加,而自由基产生的增加可造成肌肉损伤和运动性疲劳的发生。文章综述了维生素C抗氧化和清除自由基的机制,分析了维生素C与运动能力之间的关系,以及维生素C在运动实践中的应用。
The production of free radicals(FR) is increased during exercise when oxygen consumption is elevated for extended for extended periods, and their formation may play an important role in causing exercise induced muscle damage. This essay shows the action mechanism on antioxidant and free radical scavenge of vitamin C, the relation between vitamin C and sports and the action in sports.
